What's New at ViciStack: March 2026 Product Update
March was absurd. We shipped more in 30 days than most SaaS companies ship in a quarter, and we’re not even a SaaS company — ViciStack is a consulting team that builds VICIdial deployments. But we kept hearing the same thing from prospects: “I want to evaluate VICIdial, but I can’t find unbiased information anywhere.” So we fixed that.
Here’s everything that went live this month.
ROI Calculator
Live at vicistack.com/calculator/
You tell it your seat count, current per-seat cost, average talk time, and close rate. It spits back the math on what switching to VICIdial would save you — hardware, hosting, SIP trunking, admin labor, the works. No email gate, no “request a demo” wall. Just the numbers.
We built this because the #1 question on every sales call is “what will this actually cost us?” and the answer depends on too many variables to put in a blog post. The calculator handles 15 inputs and gives you a breakdown you can hand directly to your CFO.

Eight production-ready VICIdial configuration templates, free to download:
- Outbound Sales Campaign — Predictive dialer settings, AMD tuning, disposition codes

Here’s a taste of what the Outbound Sales template looks like — these are the campaign-level settings that get 45+ minutes of agent talk time per hour:
# ViciStack Outbound Sales Template (excerpt)
# Campaign settings via Admin GUI > Campaigns > Dial Settings
auto_dial_level = 3.0
adaptive_intensity = 25
adaptive_dl_diff_target = 0
drop_call_seconds = 5
available_only_ratio_tally = Y
hopper_level = 500
dial_timeout = 26
# AMD settings tuned for <3% false positive
amd_type = AMD
amd_initial_silence = 2600
amd_greeting = 1500
amd_after_greeting_silence = 800
amd_total_analysis_time = 5000
amd_min_word_length = 100
amd_between_words_silence = 50
amd_maximum_number_of_words = 3
amd_silence_threshold = 256
Each template comes with the actual config values, comments explaining why each setting is what it is, and a setup checklist. Not marketing PDFs — actual config files you can drop into a deployment.

Community Contributions
70+ Quora answers on call center, VICIdial, and VoIP topics. Not drive-by one-liners — actual technical answers with config snippets and links to the full guides. Topics range from “how does predictive dialing work” to “why does my SIP registration keep failing” to “is VICIdial still viable in 2026.” Each answer runs 300-800 words with real examples from production environments.
7 Asterisk community forum replies on community.asterisk.org. We built a pipeline that researches a thread, drafts a reply with real config examples, posts it, and turns the best replies into standalone blog posts. One example: a thread about PJSIP TLS failures with OpenSSL 3.x had been unanswered for weeks. Our reply included the exact pjsip.conf transport config and the openssl s_client debugging commands to verify the handshake. That reply became our Asterisk PJSIP TLS guide.
Spanish Language Content
10 articles published in Spanish, covering the most-searched VICIdial topics in Latin American markets:

- VICIdial vs GoHighLevel
- Software Open Source para Call Center
- Guia STIR/SHAKEN para VICIdial
- Formula ROI de Call Center
- And three more covering deployment, security, and setup
These aren’t machine translations. They’re rewritten for Spanish-speaking call center operators in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Spain. Hreflang tags are set up so Google serves the right version to the right audience.
Free Audit Form: 609 Leads
Live at vicistack.com/free-audit/
The free VICIdial health audit form has captured 609 leads since launch. The offer is simple: send us your server specs and campaign settings, we tell you what’s misconfigured and what it’s costing you. No charge, no obligation.
The conversion funnel now runs:
Blog article -> Free audit form (609 leads) -> 7-email drip sequence -> Proof page with case study -> Book a call
The ROI Calculator and Config Templates feed into the same funnel as alternative entry points.
VICIdial Health Check Tool
We built an automated health check that audits a VICIdial deployment against 40+ configuration best practices. It checks campaign dial settings, AMD configuration, hopper levels, server resource allocation, carrier configuration, recording storage, and security hardening.
The output is a scored report with specific recommendations ranked by impact. Sample output from a real audit:
ViciStack Health Check Report — 2026-03-25
============================================
Overall Score: 62/100
CRITICAL (fix immediately):
[FAIL] hopper_level=50 on campaign 901 (recommended: 300-500 for 50+ agents)
[FAIL] adaptive_intensity=0 — adaptive dialing is effectively disabled
[FAIL] No recording partition — /var/spool/asterisk at 91% capacity
WARNING (performance impact):
[WARN] dial_timeout=60 — wasting agent wait time (recommended: 22-30)
[WARN] amd_total_analysis_time=7000 — agents hear 2s of dead air on AMD pickups
[WARN] No SIP TLS configured — credentials sent in cleartext
OK (18 checks passed):
[OK] MySQL slow_query_log enabled
[OK] vicidial_auto_calls table indexed correctly
[OK] Asterisk CDR rotation configured
...
It’s the same checklist our team uses on client deployments, turned into a tool anyone can run.
