What you will do
- Run discovery calls and book on-site inspections for partnered roofers.
- Operate inside a VICIdial-powered dialer with AI-assisted call coaching.
- Hit a weekly sit-set quota and a monthly closed-deal quota.
- Feed back script and objection-handling notes to the ops team.
What we look for
- 2+ years outbound phone sales (insurance restoration, home services, or solar a plus).
- Comfortable with rejection and high call volume (150+ dials/day).
- Stable home-office setup, USB headset, wired internet.
- English fluency; Spanish a plus.

Own end-to-end onboarding of new contact-center clients: VICIdial install, dialer tuning, AMD, DID hygiene, list intake, and agent training. The role that keeps 100+ centers running.
What you will do
- Stand up new VICIdial clusters; tune carrier, AMD, and dialer settings.
- Run the 247-point audit against new client installs and remediate findings.
- Build SQL views and dashboards for client performance reviews.
- Pair with the AI team to wire up automation hooks (call-coach, QC, intake).
What we look for
- 3+ years operating VICIdial or another contact-center platform in production.
- Linux comfort (AlmaLinux/RHEL preferred), MariaDB/MySQL, Asterisk basics.
- Bash + at least one of Python / TypeScript / Go for glue scripts.
- Bias toward writing things down -- runbooks, postmortems, audit notes.
