What Available Only Ratio Tally Does

When enabled, the adaptive dial level calculation uses only agents in AVAILABLE status — not agents on calls, in wrap-up, or paused — as the denominator. This produces a more accurate ratio and prevents over-dialing when many agents are already engaged on calls.

How to Change This Setting

  • Navigate to Admin > Campaigns

  • Select campaign

  • Find Available Only Ratio Tally option

  • Set to Y to count only available agents

  • Set to N to count all logged-in agents

  • Click Submit

Common Problems

Setting to N with high wrap-up time causes over-dialing

Setting to Y with few available agents can cause under-dialing in low-traffic periods

Must be used with adaptive_dl_level for any effect
