power_dial_mode

What Power Dial Mode Does

Enables power dialing mode where calls are placed at a fixed ratio regardless of agent availability signals. Unlike predictive dialing, power mode does not dynamically adjust dial level. Use only when you want strict 1:1 agent-to-call ratio with no adaptive behavior.

| Center Size | Recommended Value | Notes |

| --- | --- | --- |

| 10–25 Agents | 0 (disabled) or 1 for specific use cases | Start conservative, monitor for 48 hours before adjusting |

| 25–100 Agents | 0 (disabled) or 1 for specific use cases | Scale gradually — larger operations amplify effects of misconfiguration |

| 100–500 Agents | 0 (disabled) or 1 for specific use cases | Consult ViciStack optimization team for enterprise-scale tuning |

Common Problems

Running power mode with adaptive enabled creates conflicting dial level signals

Power mode at high ratio causes abandon rate violations

Not suitable for blended campaigns where inbound volume varies
