What Lead Recycling Does

Enables automatic recycling of leads that were previously dispositioned as No Answer, Busy, or other configured statuses back into the active dial queue after a specified delay. This maximizes contact rates from existing lists without requiring new lead purchases.

How to Change This Setting

  • Navigate to Admin > Campaigns

  • Select campaign

  • Enable Lead Recycling option

  • Configure recycling delay (hours/days between contact attempts)

  • Set which dispositions trigger recycling

  • Set maximum recycle attempts per lead

  • Submit

Common Problems

Recycling without delay causes immediate redial of no-answers — annoying and ineffective

Too many recycle attempts burns out leads and triggers DNC complaints

Not excluding DNC/DNCL from recycle filter causes compliance violations
