drop_lockout_time

What Drop Lockout Time Does

The number of seconds a lead is locked from being redialed after receiving a dropped/abandoned call. FTC regulations require that abandoned call recipients not be re-contacted within a reasonable period. Setting this prevents immediate re-dialing of leads who just heard a drop message.

| Center Size | Recommended Value | Notes |

| --- | --- | --- |

| 10–25 Agents | 90 to 180 seconds for compliance | Start conservative, monitor for 48 hours before adjusting |

| 25–100 Agents | 90 to 180 seconds for compliance | Scale gradually — larger operations amplify effects of misconfiguration |

| 100–500 Agents | 90 to 180 seconds for compliance | Consult ViciStack optimization team for enterprise-scale tuning |
