What Transfer Group Order Does

Sets the display order and priority of transfer destination groups available to agents on the transfer screen. Lower numbers appear first in the agent’s transfer dropdown. Does not affect call routing priority — only agent UI presentation.

| Center Size | Recommended Value | Notes |

| --- | --- | --- |

| 10–25 Agents | 1-9 to prioritize transfer destinations | Start conservative, monitor for 48 hours before adjusting |

| 25–100 Agents | 1-9 to prioritize transfer destinations | Scale gradually — larger operations amplify effects of misconfiguration |
