What Default Transfer Group Does

Defines the default inbound group that calls are transferred to when an agent initiates a transfer without explicitly selecting a destination. This simplifies agent workflow for operations with a single closer team or standard transfer destination.

How to Change This Setting

• Navigate to Admin > Campaigns

• Select campaign

• Find Default Transfer Group field

• Enter the inbound group ID (e.g., CLOSER_TEAM)

• Ensure the group exists in Admin > In-Groups

• Submit
