What Closer Campaigns Does

A comma-separated list of inbound groups that agents in this campaign can transfer calls to (hot transfers) or receive calls from (if campaign_allow_inbound is enabled). This is the key setting for configuring agent-to-agent warm transfers and inbound-outbound blending.

How to Change This Setting

• Navigate to Admin > Campaigns

• Select campaign

• Find Closer Campaigns field

• Enter inbound group IDs separated by commas (e.g., CLOSER, SALES_CLOSE)

• Ensure referenced inbound groups exist in Admin > In-Groups

• Submit and test transfer flow

Common Problems

Referencing non-existent inbound groups causes transfer failures

Not listing available closer groups means agents can’t hot-transfer

Overly broad closer campaign list can route calls to wrong groups
