What Manual Dial Caller ID Does

The caller ID number presented when agents manually dial numbers outside the normal campaign dialing flow. If left blank, the system uses outbound_cid. Setting this separately allows different CID presentation for manual vs. predictive calls.

  • Find Manual Dial Caller ID field

  • Enter 10-digit number or leave blank to inherit outbound_cid
