What Campaign Allow Inbound Does
Enables agents in an outbound campaign to also receive inbound calls from specified inbound groups. When enabled, the dialer system adjusts outbound dial levels based on inbound call volume to ensure agents are available for inbound calls. Required for true blended agent operation.
