What Pause Disposition Does

When enabled, requires agents to select a disposition/reason when they pause. Works in conjunction with agent_pause_codes_active to provide detailed reporting on how agent non-call time is spent across different pause reasons.

How to Change This Setting

  • Navigate to Admin > Campaigns

  • Select campaign

  • Find Pause Disposition option

  • Set to Y to require disposition on pause

  • Ensure pause codes are configured in Admin > Pause Codes

  • Submit
