Monitoring AMD Performance
Check these metrics weekly:
- AMD HUMAN → Agent Disconnect rate. Pull the disposition report for calls classified AMD=HUMAN. What percentage did the agent immediately disposition as AM, MACH, or HANGUP? This is your false HUMAN rate. Target: under 10%.

Local Presence: The Numbers
The data is consistent across verticals:

Local presence doubles your effective contact rate compared to toll-free and triples it compared to out-of-area. On a 100,000-lead list, that’s the difference between 10,000 contacts and 4,000 contacts from the same list with the same agents and the same script.
DID Pool Sizing
Plan your DID inventory based on:
